Anilao has issues. Notwithstanding the terrorist tales of the South Islands, kidnappings, and the incorrectly perceived dangers in general of the Phillipines, the area was perplexing. Identity crisis, split personality, or just a mere trickster, did it have a superiority or inferiority complex?
