Order Processing/Guarantee of Delivery:
Shipping Time
Orders are generally shipped the next business day with payment by credit card or money order. I reserve
the right to allow time for personal checks to clear. If you have a different "Ship to Address" than your
"Bill to Address" or you're ordering from
"Outside the U.S.A." EXTRA FEES MAY APPLY for additional security measures taken during shipping.
You also may be asked to "Verify your Identity" and/or "Address" to help protect against unauthorized
use of a Credit Card. If you don't "Approve the Extra Fees" or you're unable to "Verify your Identity"
or "Address" upon request - your order will automatically be cancelled without notification.
Once an order is shipped, delivery is tracked and confirmed.
Return Policy
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase from OCi. Therefore, if you see an item in my collection that
you'd like more information about, please feel free to contact me via email. In the event you purchase an
item from me and determine (prior to use) that it does not meet your expectations, you have ten days to return
the item to me. Prior to returning the item, you must email me requesting a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN)
For reasons of public health and hygiene, I do not accept returns or issue refunds for
earring purchases once they have been shipped to you. Please note that shipping costs and a 15% restocking
fee will be deducted from all returns. Also, I do not refund customers for return shipping costs or
returned items lost in transit.
Please feel free to email me any questions you have concerning return policies that are not answered
below.
Return Instructions (Please read carefully)
1. Upon receipt of purchased item(s), email me the following information: your full name, item(s)
purchased (inventory number and description), your shipping address, and reason for return. This must
be done immediately to allow for return shipment within ten days.
2. I will email you a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) within one day. Please check your email for
this authorization and print out a copy to include with your return shipment. In the rare event that you do not receive a
RAN within 24 hours, please contact me at my studio phone. Do not call listed phone number for initial
refund requests, however. All RANs must be requested via email. No exceptions.
3. Once you receive your RAN in an email from me, pack your return carefully for shipment. Include a
printed copy of the return authorization email I sent you. All items must be returned with their
original packaging including inventory tags.
4. Be sure that your RAN number is clearly written somewhere on the shipping box or it will be refused.
5. Ship authorized items, pre-paid via USPS or UPS so it is delivered to me within eight days from your
authorization approval email. (I strongly suggest that you insure your shipment for the value of the items
you're returning since lost returns will not be refunded.)
6. I do not recommended that you require a signature on your return shipment as this may delay delivery. When I
receive your return, items will be carefully inspected for wear and/or damage. We will then notify you via email that your account has
been credited. Remember, your account will only be credited for the purchase price
of the merchandise minus original shipping costs and 15% restocking fee.
