Coralrealm now has an new gallery feature that allows underwater photographers to upload their images to the site. Do you think you have a "winning" underwater image? This is your opportunity to share your best shots and have them reviewed and rated by CoralRealm members. You may also designate images for a CoralRealm Photo Contest that will be judged by professional, world-renowned photojournalists!

Gallery and contest categories include: reef fishes, sharks and rays, invertebrates, macro subjects, wide angle, and aquarium fishes. Both CoralRealm members and non-members may submit photos but only members are eligible to enter the contest or rate images.

To view current images in a gallery, select gallery name from drop-down list on the right and then click on "view photos" button. To submit a digitized image, see directions below.

Gallery:

Both Coralrealm members AND guests may submit digitized photos.
Only Coralrealm members are eligible for the CoralRealm Photo Contest and/or rate gallery images.

How the system works:
  1. Complete this form providing the basic information about your photo.
  2. Any person submitting images must be the photographer/owner of the image being submitted. CoralRealm will not knowingly publish any images that are not the rightful property of the submitter.
  3. Prepare a digitized photo that you will upload to our web site.
    Photos may be from a digital camera, a scanned slide or print.
  4. The minimum image size/resolution for the gallery is 400x320 pixels.
    The maximum image size/resolution is 640x480 pixels.
    The File format must be .JPG (have .JPG extension).
    Images not meeting thse specification will be rejected.
  5. Images may not contain any embedded copyright or advertisement logos.
    © All images in our gallery will appear with the photographer's name and copyright information.
  6. An email will be automatically sent to you confirming your submittal.
  7. The email will contain additional instructions on how to email your photograph.
  8. Once your image is uploaded it will be reviewed and then released to the gallery.

CoralRealm Contest Entries
Periodically Coralrealm.com will be running photo contests judged by noted professional underwater photographers Roger Steene, Denise Tackett-Nielsen, Larry Tackett, Scott Michael and Janine Cairns-Michael. Prizes (to be announced later) will be awarded for top winners. If you would like to enter your photograph in a future competition, select "Yes" in the dropdown list below.
